Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for supporting Cruz The Snail! We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please see our guidelines below:

Returns

  • Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

  • Condition: To be eligible, books must be in their original, unread condition.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Digital downloads (songs/audiobooks) and stickers are final sale.

Refunds

  • Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and apply a credit to your original payment method.

  • Processing Fee: Please note that the $1.99 order processing fee is non-refundable as it covers the initial labor and materials used to pack your order.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your book gets damaged during shipping, we will make it right!

  • Please email a photo of the damaged item and packaging to CruzTheSnail@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will send a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Pre-Order Cancellations

For our March 27 launch, you may cancel your pre-order for a full refund at any time before your shipping label is generated. Once the order is marked as "Shipped," our standard return policy applies.
